Disappointment, discouragement, and doubt are not strangers to Christians. But we’re also tempted by the devil and/or demons to act independently of God, to be timid, proud, bitter, or to have an unforgiving spirit. The strong lusts / desires to steal, to lie, to be spiritually lazy, to gossip, to be a tale bearer, and to use filthy language all come as temptations from the devil too?
What should Christians do when we face them? God wants us to put on the “whole armor of God” each time we’re tempted in these areas so we stay standing rather than falling into sin (lawless behavior). Temptation isn’t sin; yielding to sinful temptations is sin.
We invite you to read and study carefully the following information found in the two links below, to help you in your walk with God so you can live victoriously over your spiritual enemy the devil.
