Over many centuries people have asked themselves these questions: “Where did I come from?” “Why I am here on earth?” “Where will I go when I die?” They also want to know if there ever will be lasting “peace on earth.” If so, when and how will it come?

Many rich and powerful people in the secular world, who hate God and His Messiah/Christ (Psalm 2), say that peace will come only after they bring in their “New World Order” that will consist of a one world government, a one world religion, and a one world economic system. They want people to gullibly sing John Lennon’s song, “Imagine” while thinking that socialism/communism is the best form of government. It isn’t, but it’s better than anarchy and lawlessness (1 John 3:4; Romans 13:1 ff).

Contrary to what many people think, the secular globalists have other thoughts in mind, where there is the ruling class, and the servant class as it is in communist countries today. They have specific guidelines to achieve their objectives and to maintain them. (Consider the Georgia Guide Stones.) [1] The Bible predicts that these things will happen one of these days – perhaps much sooner than most people realize. It’s time to be informed with the truth that can set people free (John 8:32; 14:6; 17:17).

In his well written book entitled, “What On Earth Is God Doing?” the late Dr. Renald Showers talks about “Earth’s Golden Age.” He wrote, “When [the Lord Jesus Christ] establishes the theocratic kingdom [here on earth, which will last for 1,000 years, He] will begin to reverse many of the tragic consequences of man’s rebellion in Eden. He will make all animals tame again (Isaiah 11:6-9; 65;25), heal all diseases and deformities (Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6); eliminate hazards (Ezekiel 34:25-29); increase the lifespan of man (Isaiah 65:20, 22); cause a great abundance of trees and fruit (Isaiah 55:13; Ezekiel 47:12; Joel 2:21, 22), fish (Ezekiel 47:9, 10), and grain and wine (Joel 2:24; Amos 9:13); control the environment for the benefit of man (Ezekiel 34:26, 27); heal the effects of pollution (Ezekiel 47:1-12); and abolish war and injustice (Isaiah 2:2-4; 9:6, 7; 11:2-5; Jeremiah 23:5; Micah 4:1-3; Zechariah 9:9-10). All of these changes will constitute what Christ and Peter called ‘the regeneration,’ the ‘seasons of refreshing,’ and ‘the times of restoration of all things’ (Matthew 19:28; Acts 3:19-21). Truly, this will be the present earth’s golden age.” [2] Believe it or not, according to the Scriptures, these days could come to this earth in as few as seven years from now [5]. You might ask, “Why not now?”

Prior to this “Golden Era,” the Scriptures teach that there will be a counterfeit “New World Order” that will be governed by the “unholy trinity” consisting of the devil/Lucifer, the man of sin/antichrist, and the false prophet. The man of sin/antichrist will perform the same kind of miracles that Christ and His disciples performed while there were here on earth (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; Acts 2:22).

During this seven year period, known as the “Tribulation,” over ½ of the world’s population will die from 21 judgments and plagues that are recorded for us in the Book of Revelation chapters 6-19. The secular “Globalists” want to reduce the world’s population down to 500 million and maintain it there through eugenics. [1] Think about how many people will have to be eliminated. Will you be included in that number? We believe that just as the ten plagues that took place in Egypt in the days of Moses were literal, so the ones in the day of the future “Tribulation” will be literal too.

The Jewish and non-Jewish believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who physically survive this unparalleled time in human history will be the ones will who repopulate the “Golden Age.” Old Testament believers will be resurrected back to life with glorified bodies (Daniel 12:1 ff) and will live on the earth and have various duties (Matthew 19:28; Luke 19:17-19). King David will be resurrected and will rule over other kings on earth (Jeremiah 30:9; See Revelation 19:16). The New Testament Christians [3], as the “Bride of Christ,” will reign with Christ over the whole world from the heavenly New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:9 ff) which will be visible to the residents on earth once a day. This city will be the source of light for the earth for 1,000 years since the sun will go out at the end of the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:29; Revelation 16:8 ff).

Prior to this awful time of Tribulation in human history, the Scriptures record for us Christ’s words concerning His coming back for true Christians whom He will take to heaven to live with Him forever (John 14:1-3; See 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). This event is called “The Rapture.” It’s imminent (i.e. it can happen at any moment). It’s the next event on God’s calendar. We invite you to read about it and what may be in store for this world in the very near future [4] and about The Dangers of Date Setting. [5]

HELP. There is no doubt about it. We are live in perilous times (2 Timothy 3:1 ff). We’re here to assist those who are “teachable and willing to change” (2 Timothy 2:2, 15; 3:16, 17). If you aren’t sure that you will go to heaven the moment you die, [5] or if you need spiritual help in your walk with Christ, please contact us through our website: www.kelseypeach.com.

[5] The Dangers of Date Setting, Dr. Manfred Kober, https://www.manfredkober.com/materials/articles/Is%20Date%20Setting%20Dangerous.pdf

The wicked men of this world who hate God and His children (Psalm 2; John 15:18; 16:2) are taking advantage of the current crisis to try to bring in their “One World Government, One World Religion, and a One World Economic System” that the Bible predicted would come. We all want peace on earth. But these unbelieving “antichrists” (1 John 2:18) think that they can bring peace to this earth without God’s help. The United Nations is a classic example of man’s attempts to bring in world peace. Some “Professing Christians” are trying to usher in Christ’s Kingdom on earth through social reforms and by cleaning up society first. Sorry, it won’t and can’t happen. Jesus said, “Without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).

Prior to the time when the Lord Jesus Christ sets up His literal kingdom on/over the earth (Daniel 2: 44, 45; Matthew 3:2; 4:17; 5:3, 10, 19), which will last for 1,000 years (Revelation 10:1-7), there will be another “man with a plan” whom God will permit to rule over the entire world for seven years (Daniel 9:27). If God allowed him to go on any longer, no flesh would survive on earth (Matthew 24:22). Over ½ of the world’s population will die during these seven years. Initially this man will have to share his power and authority with the 10 kings (rulers) from the revived Roman Empire (Daniel 2:41-43; 7:24; Revelation 17:12). But after 3 ½ years he will have complete domination over the whole world. He will demand that those who want to buy or sell things have his mark on their right hand or their forehead (Revelation 13:16, 17).

At this very moment, there is a multi-billionaire who is trying to develop a vaccine to combat the current corona virus. He is a eugenicist who wants everyone to get the vaccinations he’s having produced. He wants them to have a chip implanted with the vaccine that will enable these people to be tracked. They will need this chip if they want to engage in the business of buying or selling. We don’t believe that this particular person is the “man of sin” or the “antichrist” but his actions are a precursor of things to come.

Things aren’t falling apart; they are falling into place just as the Bible predicted they would. Have you ever wondered what the “Big Picture” from eternity past to eternity future looks like? We have a FREE Dispensations Chart which we’d like for your to have. [1] Would you like to know what the Scriptures teach about “The Order Of Things To Come”? This information that we’d like to share with you is the result of a normal, literal, historical, and contextual interpretation of the Bible, and not an allegorical interpretation that allows people to read into the Scriptures whatever they want it to say.

Here is our understanding of what we believe will take place once the Rapture of the “True Church” [2] (not the “Apostate Church”) takes place: https://kelseypeach.wordpress.com/2016/02/20/the-order-of-coming-events-2/ Please make some copies of this for yourself and for others who might be interested in Bible Prophecy. We also have written many articles on this and various other topics on our Blog on our website.

Help. We’re here to assist those who are teachable, willing to study God’s Word, and to change when they see what the Scriptures teach (2 Timothy 2:2, 15; 3:16, 17). Lord willing, we will have a live presentation of this information on Facebook soon. Looking over this material before we do this will enable you to get more out of our study of God’s Word.

[2] The True Church. It’s made up of Christians from the Day of Pentecost to the Rapture of the Church. These are people who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ exclusively, who died for their sins…and who rose again bodily on the third day (Acts 16:31; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Ephesians 2:8, 9). Do you belong to this group?  Contact us if you’d like more information.

“Some men die from shrapnel, others die in flames. But most men die inch by inch playing silly little games.” – Source unknown. What are you doing with the life you’ve been given (John 15:5; 1 Corinthians 4:7; Acts 17:28)? Are you, as a Christian, living to please yourself or God (2 Corinthians 5:9)? Are you eagerly anticipating and loving Christ’s any moment return? If you are, you will live a more righteous life and earn the “Crown of Righteousness” (2 Timothy 4:8). Furthermore, the priorities of your life will probably change as you seek to glorify God by making Him know to those whom you encounter in life (1 Corinthians 10:31).

Wars. Throughout human history there have been wars. Are there any just reasons for going to war or should a Christian be a pacifist? What are human governments supposed to do? [1] Most wars stem from evil men wanting more and more for themselves at the expense of others. Christ’s half-brother wrote, Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures” (James 4:1-3). NKJV

Freedom. Most people want to be free from the tyranny of evil despots. They want to enjoy the freedom that we have in our country. Why do people, longing for freedom, gravitate to our country, not to socialist/communist countries where over a 100 million citizens in those countries have been murdered by their own leaders like Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and others?

Price. Many valiant soldiers lost their lives to secure and preserve the freedom that we still enjoy in our country. But we are only one election away from losing it all.

Trojan Horse. The enemies within our walls are a far greater danger to us than those who are without. Many of them look like we do, talk like we do, and work among us. And yet they are intent on undermining our country because they have a “utopian” world view that they think they can bring into existence. Consider this quote attributed to Henri Spaak, former Secretary General of NATO, What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the alliances of all people and to lift us out of the economic morass into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and be he god or devil, we will receive him.”

N.W.O. Many well meaning people believe that we need a “New Word Order.” I’m one of them. But I hasten to say that I’m not one who longs for the “New World Order” that the wicked men of this world envision. I’m looking for the one that the Lord Jesus Christ will set up when He returns to this earth after the 7 years of Tribulation (Revelation 6-19; Isaiah 9:6, 7). Consider carefully the inscriptions on the “Georgia Guidestones.” [2]

Warning. God laughs at puny men who try to resist Him by setting up their own “New World Order” without Him (Psalm 2). God scattered those who were building the “Tower of Babel” and changed their languages (Genesis 11:4). Those who refuse to submit and bow the knee to God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, will be crushed with His rod of iron (Revelation 2:27; 12:5; 19:15). One day every one will confess (admit) that He is God and that He shares an absolute equality with God the Father (Philippians 2:10, 11). These verses are NOT teaching the universal salvation of all men as some false teachers claim.

Children. While all of us descended from Adam and Eve (Acts 17:26), and then through Noah’s three sons, we are not all in the same spiritual family. Jesus made it very clear that we all started out our lives in the devil’s family (John 8:44; 1 John 3:9, 10). To enter into God’s family, we must be spiritually born again from above (John 3:3-7; 1 Peter 1:23). This takes place today when we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ alone, who died for our sins…and rose again bodily on the third day (Acts 16:31; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4). It’s not merely knowing and believing the facts of the Gospel, but the transfer of our faith from ourselves and our brand of good works over to the Christ of the Scriptures alone (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5; Isaiah 64:6). The false Christs of the cults can’t save anyone (Matthew 24:5; 2 Corinthians 11:4, 13-15). Note: You haven’t proclaimed the Gospel that leads to a person’s salvation unless you have included, not only His death for our sins, but also the bodily resurrection of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Luke 24:36-39; Romans 1:16, 17; 4:25). [3] A dead Savior can’t help anyone.

Kingdom. When Jesus allowed Himself to be arrested, He said to Pilate, “My kingdom is not [out] of this world [system]. If My kingdom were [out] of this world [system], My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here” (John 18:36). Some people misunderstand this verse. From the Greek language, in which the New Testament was written, we learn that Jesus was telling Pilate that His literal kingdom on/over this earth would be different than the kingdoms of men on earth. It would have been set up on earth during Christ’s first coming if the Jews, as a whole, had accepted Him as their promised Messiah. But they didn’t (John 1:11, 12). Instead they had Him crucified by the Romans. However, God holds all mankind guilty of Christ’s death (Acts 4:27, 28; 5:29-32). This includes you and me.

Postponed. God must keep all His unconditional promises to the Jews. If He doesn’t, He’s a liar and we couldn’t be sure if He’d keep His promises to us as Christians either (See Romans 15:4). The Church hasn’t replaced the nation of Israel (Romans 11:1 ff). King David’s dynasty will be established here on earth after the seven years of the Tribulation (Daniel 9:27; 2 Samuel 7:12-16). He will be resurrected 75 days after the Tribulation is over (Daniel 12:12). He will be the primary regent on earth, under Christ and the true Church (Jeremiah 30:9). Underneath him there will be other kings and lords (Revelation 19:16) and righteous judges (Isaiah 1:26).

Prophecy. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was given a dream from God (Daniel 2). In it the world empires were portrayed by a man with a head of gold, a chest of silver, thighs of bronze, legs of iron, and 10 toes of iron and brittle clay. These represented the Babylonian empire, the Medo-Persian empire, the Grecian empire, the Roman empire, and the revived Roman empire (which seems to be forming today). But God let Nebuchadnezzar know that another kingdom would come to demolish man’s world empires. Then a completely new kind of government would be established in which the God-man, the Lord Jesus Christ, would set up His kingdom on/over the earth for 1,000 years (Daniel 2:44, 45; Revelation 20:1-10; Isaiah 2:4; 9:6, 7; 11:1 ff; 35:1 ff; etc).

Indicators. While there are no “sign miracles” that will proceed Christ’s coming in the Rapture (John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18), there seems to be many indicators that point to it as the world looks for a leader to solve mankind’s problems and plans to set up a “New World Order” and a “One World Religion.” (See Revelation 13; 17; 18.) The Bible predicts these things are coming (2 Thessalonians 2:8-10; Revelation 13:1 ff).

This article is designed primarily for those Christians who have placed their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who died for our sins…and rose again bodily on the third day, and who want to grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18), and share what they learn with other faithful believers (2 Timothy 2:2, 15; 3:16, 17). Knowing what God has revealed in His Word and what He will do in the future can enable a believer to enjoy the “peace of God, which surpasses all understanding [and] guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” in these spiritually dark days (Philippians 4:7). Before beginning, please pause and ask God to illuminate you mind to the truth that is found in His Word (Ephesians 1:18; John 17:17; Titus 1:2). Be like the “Berean Christians” who searched the Scriptures to find out whether these things are what God’s Word teaches (Acts 17:11). Much of this information will seem foolish to unsaved people and/or carnal Christians (1 Corinthians 2:14; 3:1-4; Hebrews 5:11-14).

A True Story

At the village church in Kalonovka, Russia, attendance at Sunday school picked up after the priest started handing out candy to the peasant children. One of the most faithful was a pug-nosed, pugnacious lad who recited his Scriptures with proper piety, pocketed his reward, then fled into the fields to munch on it.

The priest took a liking to the boy, persuaded him to attend church school. This was preferable to doing household chores from which his devout parents excused him. By offering other inducements, the priest managed to teach the boy the four Gospels. In fact, he won a special prize for learning all four by heart and reciting them nonstop in church.

Sixty years later he was still reciting the Scriptures, but in a context that probably would have horrified the old priest, but perhaps not the current Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. For the prize pupil, who memorized so much of the Bible, was Nikita Khrushchev, the former Communist czar. [1]

Enticed By Socialism/Communism & Other People’s Money”

He either twisted, misapplied, or totally rejected the Sermon on the Mount” (Matthew 5-7) and the “Olivet Discourse” (Matthew 24, 25) that were addressed to Jews (not to the Church), who were anticipating the setting up of the kingdom of the heavens (Daniel 2:44, 45; Matthew 4:17). Khrushchev later embraced atheistic communism” that has been responsible for over 100 million deaths in the last 150 years. [2] The communist’s, the Romanist’s, and many other religious philosophies teach, The end justifies the means.” In other words, do whatever is necessary (lie, steal, cheat, murder, etc) to accomplish your objective. But God’s Word contradicts this heresy (Romans 3:8; 6:1; 2 Timothy 2:5). Consider also the deaths due to religious wars. [3]

Atheist. Khrushchev later went on to claim that there was no God (See Psalm 14:1) because the Russian astronauts who went into space in the Sputnik didn’t see God up there. It has been reported that this same man, years later, when he spoke at a party at the Polish Embassy in Moscow, took off his shoe and pounded it on the podium and said, We will bury you [capitalists].” [4] Were he alive today, he might be saying, I told you we would and we’re doing it.” Consider the democratic socialists/communists” in our society who want to change our constitutional republic into a socialist/communist country.

Our Sin Nature. Jealousy and envy (two works of the flesh/sin nature – Galatians 5:19-21) cause people to vote into office politicians who will steal from the richer people and give to those who won’t work for it. (See Exodus 20:15; 2 Thessalonians 3:10; Ephesians 4:28). They want to take other people’s money (O.P.M.) by force and redistribute it. These folks should take a good look at the once prosperous country of Venezuela and other communist countries first. Is this really what they want?

Philosophy. The communist philosophy From each according to his ability, to each according to his need” can’t/won’t work because the sinful nature of man is basically selfish (Genesis 6:5; Romans 3:10-23; Galatians 5:19-21; Jeremiah 17:9; 2 Timothy 3:1-5). It can’t be changed. This is why God gives a new nature” to those who put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who died for our sins…and rose again bodily on the third day (2 Peter 1:4; 1 John 3:8-10; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Acts 16:31). It enables us to please God (2 Corinthians 5:9; See Romans 8:8). Do you have a new nature” from above (John 3:3-8)? If so, are you displaying “the Fruit of the Spirit” (Galatians 5:22, 23) at the right time, towards the right people, for the right reasons?

Retained. Contrary to what some people are being taught, a Christian doesn’t lose his/her sin nature when he/she gets saved (Romans 7:15-25; 1 John 1:8). We still have the potential to engage in the works of the flesh” that are perversions of good things (Galatians 5:19-21). But as long as a believer walks by means of the Holy Spirit” he/she can’t fulfill the lusts (strong desires) that come from the flesh/sin nature (Galatians 5:16, 25). But he/she must beware of the temptations that come from the devil and the present world system.

Professing Christians.” There are many of them in churches today who twist and allegorize the Sermon on the Mount” and the “Olivet Discourse” (2 Peter 3:16). They think that the words Christ spoke to the Jews are more inspired” than the rest of the Scriptures (See 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; Titus 1:9). They don’t make a distinction between the Jews, the non-Jews, and the true Church (See 1 Corinthians 10:32; Galatians 3:28). And they fail to acknowledge that Christ postponed the setting up of His literal kingdom on/over the earth because of the unbelief of most of the Jews (Matthew 16:20; 23:37-39; John 1:11; 16:8-11; 19:15).

Kingdom. Jesus said, My kingdom is not [out of] this [diabolical] world…” (John 18:36). In other words, He was saying that after totally demolishing all the kingdoms of men, in a righteous war (Revelation 19:11; See Psalm 2:9), He will set up His literal Kingdom on/over the whole earth. Christ, along with His Bride (the true Church), will rule as the King of kings, and Lord of lords (Revelation 19:16), from the heavenly New Jerusalem that (we believe) will hover over and circle the earth daily (Revelation 21:9 – Notice the “present active participle”).

LightDuring the 1,000 year reign of Christ, the source of light for the earth will come primarily from the Lord Himself (Revelation 21:23, 24), with His garment of light (Psalm 104:2; Acts 9:3; 1 Timothy 6:16).  He will be seated at the apex of the heavenly New Jerusalem during the millennium. (Of the two possible designs, we believe that a pyramidal structure is more likely than a cube.) Keep in mind that the sun will have gone out when Christ returns at His second coming (Matthew 24:29; See Revelation 8:12; Isaiah 30:26).

Resurrection. King David will be raised from the dead and rule on earth under Christ and the Church (Jeremiah 30:9). He and the other Old Testament believers will be raised physically 75 days after the Tribulation is over (Daniel 12:12; See 1 Corinthians 15:20-24, 51, 52). Some of them will rule over the residents on earth during the millennium (Luke 19:17; Isaiah 1:26). The initial phase of Christ’s reign will last for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:1-10) and then extend out into eternity future after He creates a new heavens and earth in which righteousness will finally settle down and feel at home (Revelation 21:1 ff; 2 Peter 3:10-13; Isaiah 9:6, 7).

Red Letter Christians” [5] They try to justify Christian socialism/communism” [6] by using an incident that took place in the early days of the church. The dispersed Jews who had come long distances from other countries (Acts 2:8-11), and who had become Christians on the Day of Pentecost, realized that they probably would be ostracized by their unbelieving Jewish relatives, and would be put out of the synagogues (John 12:42; 16:1, 2). Many of them would lose their jobs. So they banded together and helped each other until the crisis was over. Notice also what the poorer Gentile Christians” from Macedonia did voluntarily to help out the Jewish Christians” in Jerusalem during this time (2 Corinthians 8:1-6). This incident was used by God to bond these two groups into one Church (See Ephesians 2:14-18; 4:3-6). They were never instructed by the Lord to pool their resources.” They were putting Christ’s new commandment” to the Church into practice (John 13:34, 35; 1 John 3:16, 17). This higher standard is contrasted to the Old Testament requirement (Leviticus 19:18). How are they different? By which standard are you living?

Capitalism. God is not opposed to it (See Ephesians 4:28). Yes, it can be abused and is being abused by some people today. The constitutional republic that we’ve had in this country has been a great form of government. It is still the envy of the world. That’s why so many people try to get here. But do you know what the best form of government is and why? See Psalm 2:1-12; Isaiah 9:6, 7; Jude 1:4; Revelation 19:16. How soon could it be here? What has to transpire first (See Daniel 9:27; Romans 11:25; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)? How will the Man of Sin” (anti-Christ) seek to counterfeit it and deceive the people of this world (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12)? Why is there silence in heaven for about half an hour” during the 7th trumpet judgment (Revelation 8:1)?

Olivet Discourse. Many false teachers twist Christ’s words in what is referred to as the Olivet Discourse” which is found in Matthew 24, 25. They try to justify Christian socialism/communism [6] (Matthew 25:32-46) and/or preach the Social Justice Gospel” [7] that includes good works.  This a perversion of the True Gospel” [8] for salvation today (1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Romans 1:16; Ephesians 2:8, 9).

Rome’s Pope. The radical leftist Pope Francis, who has been promoting the One World Government and religion, said that the United States of America would be better off if it were brought under the control of such a government. He also is reported to have said that Europe should become one country under one government. It must take on a federal structure, resembling feudal times when the peasants were ruled by unimpeachable monarchs. [9] And, of course, it sure seems like he would like to head up the one world religion (See Revelation 17, 18).

David Rockefeller. “Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in fostering high morale and community of purpose. The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao’s leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history.” (Wait! It has been reported that Mao murdered over 60 million of his own people.[2]) Rockefeller is also quoted as having said, “Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.” [10] He’s dead now. Do you believe he still thinks this way (See Luke 16:19-31)?

Enticed By Miracles”

Revived Roman Empire. The Scriptures tell us that God will allow rebellious men to set up the “New World Order / The Revived Roman Empire” (Daniel 2:41-43; See Psalm 2). It will have several different forms (Revelation 13:1-10; 17:12, 13; Daniel 7:8, 20-22). The “man of lawlessness” (anti-Christ) will be enabled to perform the same kind of miracles that Jesus and the Apostles did to entice the world to follow him (2 Thessalonians 2:8-10; Acts 2:22; Matthew 24:24). He will come with a false peace (between the Arabs and Jews – both descendants of Abraham) that will lead to wars, famine, and death (“The four horsemen” of Revelation 6:1-8). But thankfully his reign will only last for 7 years (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:22; Revelation 8:12). This will be the most horrible time in human history (Jeremiah 30:7; Matthew 24:21; Revelation 6-19) when over ½ of the world’s population will die (Revelation 6:8; 9:15). Will you, would you want to be alive on earth during this time?

Beware. My friend, don’t listen to or follow the “false teachers” who allegorize (i.e. change/twist) the author’s intended meaning of the Scriptures to fit their own ideas. Many of them ignore and/or neglect Bible prophecy and deny many of the fundamental teachings of the Bible. See the link below to find out who some of these men are. [11]

Blessing. Consider these words from the resurrected and exalted Christ – Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy (i. e. the Book of Revelation), and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near” (Revelation 1:3). Note the curse that will be imposed on those who add or subtract from it (Revelation 22:18, 19) like the cults do. Remember, at the time of its writing, over ¼ of the Scriptures were prophetic in nature. Since the prophecies concerning Christ’s first coming were fulfilled literally, there is every reason to believe that the prophecies concerning His second coming will be fulfilled literally too.

Scripture Memory. [12] Memorizing Scripture is important (Psalm 119:11) but it doesn’t guarantee that one understands or believes what he can quote. But every Christian should read, meditate, and memorize Scripture so he/she can give a Biblical answer to those who might ask him/her concerning his/her hope (1 Peter 3:15).

All too often we act like fools and rush in where angels fear to tread as one song says. We think that we are invincible and that we’re the “Master of our our own fate, and the captain of our own ship.” But eventually we find out that we really aren’t. Many people end up enslaved to drugs, alcohol, illicit sex, or many other harmful things (Romans 6:16). Believe it or not, there is pleasure in sin (lawlessness) but it is often short lived (Hebrews 11:25). In the lake of fire, where all unbelievers go, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth forever (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46). We don’t want you or anyone else to go there. Do you know how to be delivered from that awful place?

Counsellor. King Solomon, who gave wise counsel to his son, didn’t follow it himself. He had 700 wives and 300 concubines who turned his heart away from God (1 Kings 11:3). After trying almost every vice available at that time, he wrote, “Vanity of vanity, all is vanity” when you live a life of carnality or independently of God (Ecclesiastes 1:2). He concluded, “Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, ‘I have no pleasure in them’” (Ecclesiastes 12:1).

S.T.D. He also spoke of a young man who was enticed by an immoral woman and ended up with his flesh consumed, perhaps by a sexually transmitted disease which led to his untimely death (Proverbs 5:11). Such a thing could happen to anyone, Christians included, whether young or older, who yields to the temptations that come from our sin nature (Galatians 5:19-21; See 1 John 1:8). To overcome the temptations that come from our sin nature, we must learn how to walk by means of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16, 25; See Ephesians 5:18).

King David. Solomon’s father yielded to temptation and sinned by taking another man’s wife, Bathsheba, and committed adultery with her. He even had her husband murdered to try to cover up his sin (2 Samuel chapters 11, 12). When he was confronted by the prophet Nathan he confessed his sins and was forgiven by God, but the natural consequences of his sins followed him for the rest of his earthly life. Those who deny God’s existence (atheists) and who fail to give thanks to Him, are often given up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves (Romans 1:24).

Ignorant. We often do things without our fully knowing why we did them (See 1 Corinthians 4:4, 5). Had the devil and the wicked men of the world really known what they were doing when they crucified Christ, they wouldn’t have done it (1 Corinthians 2:8). But in crucifying Him, they provided for mankind a Savior (Acts 4:24-28; 5:29-32; John 1:29).

Solution? Today, there are many people who have been led to believe that the solution to the problems of the world is to have a one world government, and a one world religion. In a recent survey 76% of those polled thought this was the solution. [1] The hippies of the 1960’s sang, “What the world needs now is love sweet love….” But the type of love they wanted was erotic or perhaps brotherly love, but not God’s quality of “agape” love. This was demonstrated to us when God the Father loved the people of this world, who were enslaved by the devil and their own sin nature. While we were still His enemies (Romans 5:8-10) God the Father sent His only begotten Son to die in our place for our sins, once and for all (John 3:16; Hebrews 10:10). This “agape” love seeks the highest well being of its objects. It is explained for us in the “love chapter” of 1 Corinthians 13 and it is the “New Commandment” that Jesus gave to His disciples (John 13:34, 35). Only God the Holy Spirit can produce this kind of love in a “Spirit filled” believer (Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:22, 23). The Christian becomes responsible to direct it toward the right object, at the right time, for the right reasons (See 1 John 2:15-17; 3:16, 17; 1 Corinthians 10:31; Galatians 6:10).

N.W.O. Those who are pushing so hard for a one world government don’t realize what they are asking for or how soon it could be here, and how long it will last – a measly seven years before the Lord Jesus Christ completely destroys it and then set up His kingdom on/over the earth (Daniel 2:44, 45). Hitler’s “1,000 Year Reich” in Nazi Germany went on from 1933-1945. From a careful study of God’s Word, it seems like the New World Order is just around the corner. Many world leaders want globalism, and even the Pope of Rome is pushing it. He is reported to have said the the United States has a distorted vision of the worldand Americans must be ruled by a world government, as soon as possible, “for their own good.” [2] Tell us what you think of this statement. The stage is being set for the action that will take place here on earth once the true Church has been removed from earth to heaven in the event known as the “rapture” (John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). This event is “sure, sudden, silent, selective, and satisfying.” [3]

Clarifications. Contrary to what some folks believe, the “rapture” doesn’t begin the “Seven Years of Tribulation” spoken of by the prophets (Daniel 9:27; Jeremiah 30:7). It ends the “Dispensation of Grace” in which Christians now live (Ephesians 3:1-12). [4] Once the true Church, which is made up of all genuine believers from different denominations, is taken by force from earth to heaven, and God the Holy Spirit and His restraining power have been withdrawn from this earth (2 Thessalonians 2:7), it will be necessary for the 10 kings from the “Revived Roman Empire” and the “Harlot Ecumenical Church” to gain sufficient power to promote the “The Man of Lawlessness – The Beast” into power (Revelation 13:1-10; 17:13). Most of the Jews will also need to be back in the land of Israel for Him to sign a 7 year peace agreement with them (Daniel 9:27). Apparently something dramatic will happen after the rapture that will cause the Jews to leave New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and other places and go to Israel, the land that God promised to give to them as an everlasting possession (Genesis 15:18-21). Their land will extend from the Mediterranean Sea and from the River in Egypt to the River Euphrates during Christ’s 1,000 reign over the earth (See Revelation 20:1-7).

God’s Clock. Once the 7 year peace agreement with the Jews has been signed, God’s time clock with Israel will start up again (See Romans 9-11). Don’t believe or follow those who say that the Church has replaced Israel. [5] At the present time, the Jewish nation has been set aside, but not forsaken forever, while God graciously deals mostly with non-Jews and saves some of them. Once “the fullness of the Gentiles [non-Jews] has come in” (Romans 11:25), when all those whom God the Father has given to the Son have heard the clear Gospel, not the G.M.O. Gospel (1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; John 6:37; See 2 Corinthians 11:4, 13-15), and have believed in/on the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and been saved, the “rapture” will take place and the true Church will become “Christ’s Bride” (Ephesians 5:32). They will go with Christ to the place in heaven that Jesus said He would prepare for all believers (John 14:1-3; Revelation 21:9 ff).

Peace and Safety? During the first half of the Tribulation (3 ½) years, the Jews will be protected by “The Beast” (whom some refer to as the “anti-Christ”) and will enjoy great peace, prosperity, and safety while the rest of the world is suffering from wars, famines, and the death of ¼ of the world’s population (Revelation 6:1-8; See Matthew 24:6). This will cause Russia and her allies to come down on Israel during the middle of the Tribulation (Ezekiel 38, 39) to take a prey, mostly of food goods because they are hungry.

Russia’s Demise. But at that time “The Beast” will come to protect Israel and to fight against Russia and her allies. This is when Russia will be destroyed. During this battle, “The Beast” will be killed but then come back to life (Revelation 13:3). Then the “false prophet” will have an image of “The Beast” set up in the Jew’s rebuilt temple, and demand that everyone worship it and take the mark of the beast if they want to be able to buy or sell things (Revelation 13:14-18). Contrary to what some “Bible teachers” are saying, those who take this mark of their own volition will be doomed forever.

666. When the Jews refuse to worship his image (See Daniel 3:18), or take his mark, “The Beast” will go after them with a vengeance and try to destroy them once and for all (Revelation 12:13-17). They will flee to Petra/Sela, [6] which is about 100 miles south east of Jerusalem, where God will protect them (Isaiah 16:1; Matthew 24:15-20). The Jews will be affected primarily by the Trumpet Judgments and 2/3 of the rebel Jews will die during the last 3 ½ years of the Tribulation (Zechariah 13:8, 9; See Numbers 14:35). The Jewish remnant that physically survives “the time of Jacob’s trouble” (Jeremiah 30:7), will welcome their Messiah, Jesus when He comes back to the Mount of Olives (Acts 1:9-12; See Matthew 24:1 ff) to deliver them from the final attempt to annihilate the Jews in a place called “Armageddon” (Revelation 19:16; See Matthew 23:39; Zechariah 12:10; 14:12-15).

Ready or Not. God will fulfill all His unconditional promises to the Jews and separate ones that he made to the true Church (Romans 15:4; Titus 1:2). There are no sign miracles or anything that needs to take place before Christ returns. Will you be “caught up” to be with Him in the rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17), or will you be left behind to enter the Tribulation in which over half of the population will die (Revelation 6:8; 9:15)?

Believe. The Good News you need to believe to be saved from having to spend eternity in the lake of fire with the devil and his angels (Matthew 24:30, 41, 46) is that Christ died for your sins…and rose again bodily on the third day (1Corinthians 15:3, 4). You must place your faith in Him alone to save you. We are not saved by our good works or by our faith plus our good works (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5). Have you placed your faith in Christ alone to save you? If not, why not now? We live in the instant gratification generation.” Many people say, “We want what we want, when we want it, no matter what the cost, and we’ll get it by any means.” This crowd usually believes that“The end justifies the means.” They say “Let us do evil that good may come” (Romans 3:8; 6:1). They call evil good, and good evil (Isaiah 5:20).

Reward. In contrast to the devil’s children (John 8:44; 1 John 3:9, 10), God will not reward His children on Judgment Day (1 Corinthians 3:11-15; 2 Corinthians 5:10) for the work they did in this life unless it was what He planned for them to do (Ephesians 2:10; 1 Peter 4:10; Romans 8:14) and if they kept the rules that He has set forth in His Word (2 Timothy 2:5). If you’re a Christian, are you doing what God wants you to do, or are you doing the things you want to do independently of Him (John 15:5; See Isaiah 14:13, 14)? Who is the “Captain of your ship and the Master of your fate”? What will happen to your works? Will they be rewarded or burned up (1 Corinthians 3:11-15)?

Perilous Times. From the Scriptures we learn that the last days are characterized as perilous times in which people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power.” (2 Timothy 3:2-5). Do you think this describes our day and do you know anyone who fits this description? Do you “hang around” with them (See Psalm 1:1)? “Don’t be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits’” (1 Corinthians 15:33).

Socialism/Communism. It saddens me to think that so many young college students today have the strange idea that simply having a degree after their name will guarantee for them a six figure income when they graduate, even though it’s only a degree in something like“basket weaving.” While spending four years in college, many of their professors have convinced them that socialism/communism is better than capitalism even though many of these same professors write books that the students must buy at exorbitant prices. [1] When the graduates discover that they can’t earn enough money to pay back their student loans, suddenly socialism/communism seems very attractive to them because they think that it is alright for the government to take (steal) from the “rich” and give it to them. They forget that a government that is big enough to give you what you want is also big enough to take everything you have. Many people fail to realize that in the last 150 years socialism/communism has been responsible for the deaths of over 100 million people.

Capitalism. Some forms of government are better than others even though most of them are abused by wicked rulers. Usually the basest of men rise to leadership positions (Daniel 4:17, 25). Do you know what the best form of government is and why it is? (Let me know what you think.) God is not opposed to capitalism but He warns us against those who are covetous, greedy, and who are characterized by the love of money (1 Timothy 6:10; Colossians 3:5). “Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have (capitalism) something [that he’s earned and owns] to give [voluntarily] to him who has need” (Ephesians 4:28). By the way, any form of government is better than anarchy – lawlessness.

New World Order. Most normal people want “peace on earth.” But the unbelievers of this world don’t want the “Prince of Peace, the Lord Jesus Christ” to rule over them (Isaiah 9:6, 7; John 19:15; Matthew 27:31). The quote attributed to Paul Henri-Spaak, former Prime minister of Belgium, is becoming more timely by the hour. “We do not want another committee, we have too many already. What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the alliances of all people and to lift us out of the economic morass into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and be he god or devil, we will receive him.” Rahm Emanuel is reported to have said, You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” And David Rockefeller said, “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.” [2] What might trigger such a crisis?

Rapture. When this monumental crisis takes place, God the Holy Spirit and the “True Church” (not the “Apostate Church”) will be withdrawn from earth to heaven (John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52; 1 Thessalonians 3:13-18). A vacuum will be created and lawlessness will abound. It’s very likely that “Martial Law” [3] will need to be declared all around the world to control lawless people. The Anti-Christ, who also is known as the “lawless one” will use lawless people to bring in his “New World Order.” It will consist of a “one world government,” a “one world economic system,” and a “one world religion” (Revelation 13; 17; 18). He will deceive the people by performing the same kind of miracles that Jesus and His disciples did while they were here on earth (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; 2 Corinthians 12:12; Acts 2:22).

Peace. He will sign a seven year agreement with the Jews to protect them from their mortal enemies (Daniel 9:27). A brief time of peace on earth will be followed by wars, famine, and death, (which are represented by the four horsemen). Over ½ of the world’s population will die during this seven year period known as the “Tribulation” (Revelation 6:1-8; 9:15). According to today’s world population, that’s about 3 ½ billion people who will die. Will you enter this awful time of human history? You don’t have to if your will place your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, who died for your sins…and rose again bodily on the third day (Acts 16:31; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; 1 Thessalonians 1:10; 5:9; Revelation 3:10). We’re not saved by our good works, or by our faith plus our good works (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5). My friend, why should God let you into heaven? Don’t answer incorrectly or you will suffer eternally. If you have any doubts in your mind, we’re here to assist you.

[3] Martial LawWhat would happen if martial law were declared in our country because of a national emergency or if people were acting lawlessly? The U.S. Constitution would be suspended. So would habeas corpus, civil rights, and civil laws. There would be no freedom of the press and assembly. No freedom of speech and curfews would be enforced. There would be troops in the streets for enforcement and checkpoints would be set up for control. A person could be held without charge and any suspect could be arrested and imprisoned without representation or due process. There could be a house confiscation of firearms, ammunition, and food supplies. In the United States, there is precedent for martial law. The most obvious and often-cited example was when President Lincoln declared martial law during the Civil War. He suspended habeas corpus throughout the entire United States.

Many people live their lives as “wondering generalities” rather than as “meaningful specifics.” This includes a lot of Christians. Some believers lack assurance of their salvation, and are confused as to what they are supposed to do now that they have become a Christian. Studying is not appealing to many of them and they seem to lack the ability to “rightly divide the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15). They aren’t fully convinced that all 66 books of the Scriptures are God breathed and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness so that they can be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16, 17). They don’t realize that while all of the Bible is to be believed, not all of it is to be believed and practiced (Titus 1:9). Some try to live by the “Mosaic Law” and the “Ten Commandments” (Exodus 20). Others try to live according to the “Sermon on the Mount” as the “Red Letter Christians” do (Matthew 5-7). Both of these “Rules for Living” were given to the Jews, not to Christians and the Church. Many of those who follow them allegorize and twist the Scriptures (2 Peter 3:16) rather than use the normal (literal, historical, grammatical) interpretation of the Bible. Both of these two are legal systems which many “preachers” prefer to teach (1 Timothy 1:7). Living by “Grace Principles” is foreign to most Christians (See Romans 6:14; Galatians 3:1-3; 5:1 ff; 2 Peter 3:18). Some of them erroneously think that it leads to a license to sin (Romans 6:1 ff). If you think this way, please note what happens to God’s disobedient children (Hebrews 12:5-11; James 5:19, 20; 1 John 5:16; 1 Corinthians 10:1-13).

What Does God Want Christians To Do?

Baptism. Once a person has been saved from the penalty of sin (Romans 6:23; 8:1), he/she should be baptized/immersed. This is not a requirement for salvation (Ephesians 2:8, 9) but it is a picture of our death, burial, and resurrection with Christ (Romans 6:3-6; Galatians 2:20). He commanded this of His disciples (Matthew 28:19, 20). It enables a believer to have a good conscience toward God (1 Peter 3:21) and it serves as a witness to others that we are identifying ourselves with Christ (Acts 8:36-38; 10:47; 16:33) and the “Body of Christ – The Church” (1 Corinthians 12:12, 13; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Ephesians 2:15).  Sadly, there are many Christians who haven’t been baptized/immersed yet. Perhaps they’re ashamed of Jesus and deny that they know Him as Peter did (Matthew 26:75). Maybe they fear opposition or even loss of life (1 Corinthians 15:29; Philippians 1:21). What about you?

Dedication. Having been purchased out of the slave market of sin” with Christ’s own blood (1 Peter 1:18, 19; See 1 Corinthians 6:9-11), every true Christian should present his/her body to God as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1, 2). We should gladly make ourselves available to the Lord so He can live out His life through our lives (Galatians 4:19; 5:22, 23; Romans 6:13). Note: This is not a condition for salvation as the Lordship In Exchange For Salvation” people teach. We should submit to Christ’s Lordship over our lives because we have been saved, not in order to be saved. If you’re saved, have you submitted to His Lordship yet? Is He your Master? If not, why not? Are you afraid that He might ask you to do something you don’t want to do? Are you interested in pleasing God or yourself (See 2 Corinthians 5:9, 10)? When God saved us, He gave us His quality of life – eternal life (John 3:16; 5:24) and we began to participate in the Divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). He began to put new desires in our hearts (Philippians 2:13). When He does this, He gives us the power and resources to do them (Philippians 3:10; 4:19; See Ephesians 2:10; 3:20). We bring joy and blessings to His heart when we do His desirous will” for our lives. He in turn makes us happy too. But, in spite of all this, many Christians frequently quench the Holy Spirit’s leading in their lives (Romans 8:14; 1 Thessalonians 5:19) and render Him inoperative. The Apostle Paul wrote, “If we deny Him (i.e. say “no” to Him), He also will deny us (say “no”) to us” (2 Timothy 2:12). Don’t ask God for favors if you’re disobedient to Him. This verse is not teaching that we will lose our salvation but we could lose rewards, crowns, and/or praise from God (Revelation 3:11).

Growth. Even though some parents may say that they want their babies to stay small, they really want them to grow up to be normal, well adjusted human beings who can reproduce themselves. New Christians need the milk of the Word” (1 Peter 2:2) and then the meat/solid food” of God’s Word (2 Peter 3:18). God has provided everything we need for life and godliness in His Word (2 Peter 1:3). But it must grieve the heart of God to see so many Christians remaining in a state of spiritual infancy and/or carnality (Ephesians 4:30; 1 Corinthians 3:1-4; Hebrews 5:12-14). How much spiritual growth has taken place in your life? Would this make God happy? If not, what needs to change?

Walk. Rather than crawling around everywhere, God wants His children to learn how to walk (order their lives) by means of the Holy Spirit so we don’t fulfill the lusts (strong desires) of the flesh/sin nature (Galatians 5:16-25; See 1John 1:8; Romans 7:14-25). It brings delight to the heart of God and to spiritual leaders when they see believers walking in love and truth (Ephesians 5:2; 2 John 1:4), and in the light as God Himself is in the light (1 John 1:7). Not only are we saved by one act of faith (Ephesians 2:8), we are to continue to live in an attitude of faith and claim the promises that were addressed to New Testament grace believers (Romans 1:17; Hebrews 4:2; 10:38). Regrettably, most Christians live by sight rather than by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7) and only a few of them are aware of God’s promises and mix them with faith and live restful, joyful lives (Hebrews 4:2-16; Philippians 4:6, 7).

Be Filled. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the [Holy] Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18). This verse tells us that not all Christians are filled with the Spirit; all can be filled; all should be filled; and all can/should be filled again and again. This filling of the Holy Spirit” involves His making up in our lives where we are lacking. But instead of our being spiritual Christians (1 Corinthians 2:15) who allow the Holy Spirit to produce the Fruit of the Spirit” (Galatians 5:22,23) in their lives, and who then direct this fruit toward the right objects, at the right time, for the right reasons (1 John 2:15-17; Ephesians 5:16; 1 Corinthians 10:31), many (perhaps most) Christians act carnally and are governed by their old sin nature (See 1 John 1:8; Romans 7:14-25; 1 Corinthians 3:1-4). Habitual carnality and sinful (lawless – 1 John 3:4) behavior can lead to a Christian’s premature, painful, physical death (James 5:19, 20; 1 John 5:16). Is this your condition right now? If so, immediate repentance (a change of mind – 2 Corinthians 7:9) and honest confession of your known sins could prevent your premature death (1 John 1:9; Proverbs 28:13). The believer’s chastening by God the Father is limited to this life so that he/she will not be condemned later with the world (1 Corinthians 11:30-32; Hebrews 12:5-11). The idea of Purgatory, where one pays for his venial sins before entering heaven, is not found in the Scriptures. The Apostle Paul wrote, “We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present [immediately] with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8).

Unity. In His High Priestly prayer to God the Father, Jesus said, I do not pray for these [disciples] alone, but also for those who will believe in Me [in the future] through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me” (John 17:19, 20). Most people don’t believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. They may know and believe the facts of the Gospel but they haven’t transferred their faith from themselves and their good works over to Christ alone. True unity can only exist among those who are a part of God’s family, not among God’s children and the devil’s children (John 8:44; 1 John 3:8-10). To which family do you belong? Are you sure?

Yokes. True Christians are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers…” (2 Corinthians 6:14). The Apostle Paul went further when he instructed the believers in the church in Corinth to put out of their fellowship the carnal Christian who was living in an incestuous relationship with his mother (1 Corinthians 5). So they did. But even after this man repented – changed his mind about his sin (2 Corinthians 7:9) and confessed it (1 John 1:9; James 5:16), they still didn’t want to forgive and restore him back into the fellowship of the church (See Ephesians 4:32; Matthew 18:34). So Paul gave them instructions to take him back into the church lest Satan take advantage of them (2 Corinthians 2:1-11). Sadly, too many carnal Christians bring disunity to the church over the wrong issues (Examples: the color of the choir robes, carpet, their favorite teachers, Et al) and render the church ineffective in its witness to the world (1 Corinthians 1:10-13; 3:1-4). Note: God is opposed to man’s New World Order consisting of a One World Government, Religion, and Economic System (See Genesis 11:1-9; Acts 17:26; Revelation 17; 18; 19:11-16). He doesn’t want Christians promoting it. But God will allow rebellious man the opportunity to set one up, but it will only last for seven (7) years (Daniel 2:44, 45; 9:27; See Psalm 2). If Christ didn’t limit them, no flesh on earth would survive (Matthew 24:22). Man is not capable of ruling himself without God’s help (John 15:5). As is, over ½ of the world’s population will die during the 7 years of the Tribulation (Revelation 6:8; 9:15). The globalists, we’re told, want to reduce the population down to 500 million people. If this is the case, where will that leave you?

Gifts. Our salvation is a gift from God that was purchased with Christ’s own blood (Ephesians 2:8, 9; 1 Peter 1:18, 19). When He ascended back to heaven after dying for our sins…and rising again, He gave spiritual gifts” (special abilities) to Christians who make up the “Body of Christ – the True Church” (Ephesians 4:8-16; Romans 12; 1 Corinthians 12-14; 1 Peter 4:10). Some of these gifts were of a temporary nature until the Scriptures were completed (1 Corinthians 13:10; Hebrews 2:4). Others are extant and are still being given out to believers at the moment of their salvation. They need to be developed and used with Divine love for the glory of God and the good of others, primarily the Church (1 Corinthians 10:31; 13:1-13; Galatians 5:13).  Sadly, most of these spiritual gifts get left undiscovered and/or unused by most Christians. Some teachers of the Bible misinform people by telling them that all 20 spiritual gifts are still being given to the Church. Many carnal Christians seek the flashy gifts that aren’t being given out today. [1]

Love. The best that an Old Testament believer could do was to love his neighbor as himself  (Leviticus 19:18). Christ’s New Commandment is …that you love one another [fellow believers] as I have loved you (John 13:34, 35). This “agape” love needs to be directed back to God the Father and to His children first (1 John 2:15-17; 3:16, 17; See Galatians 6:10). We can’t love God and the world system at the same time. It’s passing away (See 2 Peter 3:10-13). It was devised by the devil, in the days of Cain, to control man’s sin nature (Luke 11:50, 51; Genesis 4:16-24). Sadly, there are some maturing Christians who misdirect God’s love toward the world system. The Apostle John says this must stop! Christians may use it but we’re not to abuse it by making it more important than God and His children (1 Corinthians 7:31; See Hebrews 10:24, 25).

Witness. God usually leaves believers on this earth for awhile after He saves us. He wants all Christians to bear witness to His saving power (Romans 1:16, 17; Ephesians 3:20; Hebrews 7:25) and for us to share the Good News concerning Christ with lost people (Matthew 28:19, 20; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4) so we can earn the “Crown of Rejoicing” (1 Thessalonians 2:19, 20; See Revelation 4:10, 11). Our lives need to correspond with our lips. We need to be ready to give an answer to those who ask us about our hope (1 Peter 3:15). But most Christians fail to tell others about the Savior and seem to be timid or ashamed of Him (2 Timothy 1:7, 8). Some distort the Gospel message (2 Corinthians 11:3, 13-15) and/or the method/way of salvation (Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5). This produces many “professing Christians” who aren’t truly saved (1 Corinthians 15:2; See Matthew 7:21-23).

Glory. God wants all His creatures to know that He is who He claims to be. He has revealed Himself through nature (Psalm 19:1), His Word – the Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:16, 17), and through God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:1-18). The chief end/purpose of man should be to glorify God (1 Corinthians 10:31). Sadly, many Christians are more interested in promoting themselves rather than God (Romans 12:3). Do you worship and serve the creature rather than the Creator (Romans 1:25)? In the end God will be glorified and everyone (spirit beings and human beings) will admit that Jesus Christ is the God-man (Philippians 2:11; See Ephesians 1:6, 12, 14).  These verses are NOT teaching “Universal Salvation.”

Check Up. God wants His children to examine themselves on a regular basis (1 Corinthians 11:28). “An unexamined life is not worth living.” One day, at the “Bema Seat Judgment,” every Christian will have his/her works examined to determine which ones are rewardable and which ones get burned up because they are worthless (1 Corinthians 3:11-15; 4:5; 2 Corinthians 5:10). This judgment will NOT be to determine if one gets into heaven or not.

Judgment. Even though God accepts all true Christians in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6), and graciously teaches (1 John 2:20, 27), disciplines (Hebrews 12:5-11), empowers (Matthew 28:19, 20), rewards (1 Corinthians 3:11-15), guides (John 16:13) and enables (Philippians 4:13) us to grow spiritually (2 Peter 3:18), many (perhaps most) Christians fail to carry out the responsibilities that God has placed on them. With God’s help you don’t have to be one who grieves God (Ephesians 4:30).

Grace. In spite of this, at the time of the Rapture (1 Corinthians 15:51, 52), God will raise all the dead New Testament Christians, and translate/transform the living Christians, and then judge their works and reward what He can (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 3:10-15; 15:51, 52). Then He makes the true Church His Bride (Ephesians 5:22) and takes her to His home in heaven (John 14:1-3; Revelation 21:9-27). Will you miss out on some crowns, rewards, and praise because you were carnal? If you are, repent and then confess your known sins to God, and start abiding (feeling at ease) in His presence so that He feels at ease in your presence (John 15:1-8).

Motivation. Doesn’t God’s marvelous grace deserve a response of love and obedience from true Christians (John 14:15; 15:10)? Living each day with Christ’s imminent return in mind will (1) encourage us to be pure (1 John 3:3), (2) bring us true happiness (Titus 2:13), and (3) comfort us in times of sorrow (1 Thessalonians 4:18)? Ask yourself, “Am I pleasing God or self?” (2 Corinthians 5:9). With God’s help, what changes will I start making today (James 4:14, 17)?

If you’ve ever taken a road trip with small children, you’ve probably heard them say, “Are we there yet?” Children can be impatient. But so are many adults. Most of us want peace on earth, but how will it be achieved? Many people are looking for a “New World Order” with a one world government and a one world religion. The Scriptures tell us that one is coming.

Kingdom. But before Christ sets up His millennial kingdom over the earth (Isaiah 9:6, 7; Revelation 20:1-6), God will allow men to make one last attempt to bring peace to earth without Him. But if God were to allow their attempts to go on more than seven years, no flesh would survive (Matthew 24:22). Don’t worry. God won’t let some mad man destroy all life from the earth.

Democracies. A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury. After that, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits with the result the democracy collapses because of the loose fiscal policy ensuing, always to be followed by a dictatorship, then a monarchy.”Alexis de Tocqueville. You might want to read that again slowly.

Demise. Some people are wondering how close we are to loosing the current freedoms we have. What form of government will come to replace our constitutional republic? Many of the younger generation have been led to believe that democratic socialism/communism is better than what we have now. It isn’t. Consider Argentina today.

Rome. The Roman Empire was the fourth world empire in King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. He represented the head of gold – the Babylonian Empire. The chest of silver represented the Medo-Persian Empire. The thighs of bronze represented the Grecian Empire. The two legs of iron represented the Roman Empire which was made up of the western and eastern branches (Daniel 2). The western branch saw its demise before the eastern branch did.

Revival. The Scriptures tell us that the Roman Empire will be revived someday – perhaps soon. The ten toes that represent the coming Empire are made up of iron and clay, symbolizing strength and weakness. After the “Rapture” of the True Church – not the “Apostate Church” (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18), the “man of sin” (the Anti-Christ), who comes out of the Revived Roman Empire, will sign a seven year peace agreement with the nation of Israel (Daniel 9:27). He will have to share his power with the other 10 kings/rulers of the Revived Roman Empire for 3 ½ years.

Resuscitated. When the Anti-Christ goes to the defense of Israel against the Russians and her allies in the middle of the Tribulation (Ezekiel 38, 38), he will be killed in battle, but then he will be revived back to life. At that time he will gain universal power and demand that everyone take “the mark of the beast” on their forehead or right hand or they won’t be able to buy or sell anything (Revelation 13:15,16). Believe me, you won’t want to be on earth during this time.

Death. During the seven years of the Tribulation (Daniel 9:27), the Scriptures tell us that over ½ of the world’s population will die (Revelation 6:8; 9:15). We understand that the social engineers of this world want to reduce the size of the world’s population down to about 500 million people. [1] If the world’s population is currently around 7 billion people today, think about what they will have to do to reduce the population of the world as they think it should be.

Schedule. If you’d like to see a schedule of “Things To Come,” go to our website and download our “Understanding The Times – Dispensations Chart”, and then read this article: “The Order Of Things To Come” https://kelseypeach.wordpress.com/2016/02/20/the-order-of-coming-events-2/

Ready? The next major event on God’s calendar is the Rapture of the True Church. It is sure, sudden, silent, selective, and satisfying. But the question is, Will you be taken to heaven or left behind to go into the seven years of the Tribulation? If you do, there is a 50/50 chance that you will die during this time. Then where will you end up in eternity? Are you sure?

Gospel. The Bad News is that we’ve all sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). We all deserve to be eternally separated from God in hell (Romans 6:23). But the Good News is that God the Father loved the people of this world. He gave/sent His only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to save us sinners from eternal condemnation in the eternal lake of fire (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46). He volunteered to die for our sins. Then He rose again bodily from the dead on the third day. Any and all who believe on Him will be saved (1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; Acts 16:31). But please note, we aren’t saved by our good works (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5).

Questions. Are you absolutely sure that you will go to heaven the moment you die? Why should God let you into His heaven? If you believe you’re saved, is there anything you could do or fail to do that would cause you to lose your salvation? If so, what would it be?

Help. We’re here to help you and others who are teachable and willing to change (2 Timothy 2:2, 15; 3:16, 17). If this article has helped you, we’d like to hear from you. Ten Most Destructive Americans – by Frank Hawkins https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/07/the_10_most_destructive_americans_of_my_8_decades.html

Perhaps you’ve seen pictures of a guy, looking like a hippie in a robe, holding a sign that says, “Repent, the end is near!” If you’re a younger person, you may not know what a hippie is.

Hippies. They were associated with the subculture of the day and often had long hair and beards, and many of them took hallucinogenic drugs. They were called flower children, beatniks, free spirits who were nonconformists and dropouts. The sad thing is that today many of these same people are executives in companies and even in the government.

John The Baptist. Perhaps you might think of John the Baptist as a hippie. He was the one who introduced Jesus to the Jews. His clothes were made of camel’s hair and he had a leather belt around his waist. His food consisted of locusts and wild honey (Matthew 3:4). He preached a message in the wilderness saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of the heavens is at hand” (Matthew 3:2). This took place when Jesus came on the scene and offered Himself as the rightful King of the Jews (Matthew 1:1 ff; 2:2; 27:11 ). But because most of the Jews rejected Him (John 1:11, 12), He postponed the setting up of His kingdom on earth until a future date (Matthew 23:37-39; See Daniel 2:44, 45). Believe it or not, it could be here within seven years from now?

Gap. Currently we’re living in a parenthetical period of time known as the “Dispensation of Grace” (Ephesians 3:1 ff) when God is dealing mostly with those who aren’t Jews. Once all those whom God the Father has given to God the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) have come to Him and been saved (John 6:37; See Romans 11:25), the Lord will come back for the true Church and make it His Bride (Ephesians 5:25). We will meet Him in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Then He will take us to the place that He has been preparing for all true Christians (John 14:1-3; See Revelation 21:9 ff). This event is known as “The Rapture.” Will you be in this group?

Trouble. Shortly after this takes place, God’s time clock with the Jews will start up again (Romans 11:1 ff). It will being with seven years of tribulation during which time over ½ of the world’s population will die (Revelation 6:8; 9:18). All this was predicted by the prophet Daniel and the Apostle John (Daniel 9:27; See Revelation 6-19).

Kingdom. Then Jesus will come back to this earth, defeat all His enemies, and establish His 1,000 reign over this earth as the King of kings, and Lord of lords (Revelation 19: ; 20: ). To learn more about this read “The Order Of Things To Come.” [1]

The End. When someone talks about “the end,” we need to ask him which end is he talking about? It might refer to a person’s life, a nation’s life or many other things. We came into existence when we were conceived (Psalm 51:5; 139:13). The end of our physical existence on earth could happen at any moment. Our lives are likened to a vapor that appears for a little while and then that vanishes away (James 4:14). So, let’s not boast about tomorrow (Proverbs 27:1). Treat each day as though it might be your last day on earth, or the last day of someone you love or know. Our nation came into existence in 1776. Is it about to come to its end? Are we about to lose our “constitutional republic” and have it replaced by “democratic socialist/communist” government or some other less desirable form of government? By the way, any form of government is better than anarchy and lawlessness. How close are we to the arrival of the “New World Order” that many people are talking about? Why do they want it? Who will rule over it?

Future. Everyone has everlasting life (existence). We will either spend it in God’s presence or we will be separated forever from Him in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46). The Scriptures don’t teach the annihilation of the wicked, or a person’s reincarnation. Not everyone has “eternal life” (i. e. God’s quality of life as a present possession – John 3:16, 18, 36; 1 John 5:11-13). Do you have it? If so, are you living in such a way that others see a difference in your life that enables them to learn something about the true and living God (James 2:18-20; Romans 12:1, 2; 1 Corinthians 10:31)?

Chart. If you’d like a panoramic view of time from the beginning to the end, we invite you to consider our “Dispensations Chart” on our website – “Understanding The Times.” It’s the result of a normal interpretation of the Bible. The Gospel In A Nutshell”

My friend, you and I are sinners.

But Christ died for our sins…and rose again bodily.

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ alone and you will be saved.

Have you done this? If not, do it now!

[1] https://kelseypeach.wordpress.com/2016/02/20/the-order-of-coming-events-2/

In the Scriptures we read –“Judas went out and hanged himself” (Matthew 27:5). “Go and do likewise” (Luke 10:37). “What you do, do quickly (John 13:27).” All three of these passages are taken from the Bible. If you believe the Bible is God’s Word and authoritative, why haven’t you done this yet?

In the realm of real estate, they say it’s all about location. When it comes to interpreting the Bible, it’s about context. We also believe that it should be interpreted as we do other literature: normally, literally (which includes figures of speech), historically, and grammatically. It’s not hard to come up with all kinds of heresies by taking Bible verses out of the context in which they were written. The “allegorical” method of interpretation (i.e. a deeper, spiritual and symbolic meaning) has led to all kinds of heresies and false doctrines. It began in the Garden of Eden when Satan questioned what God had said (Genesis 3:1; See 2:17). The Apostle Peter warned believers about false teachers who would mislead untaught and unstable people by twisting the Scriptures to their own destruction (2 Peter 3:16). Have you been deceived by them? Are you being“tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting” (Ephesians 4:14)?

One World Government. In recent days we have all kinds of people, including “professing Christians,” who have been distorting the Scriptures to push the devil’s agenda for a one world government and a one world religion. [1] Make no mistake about it, the Bible predicts that this is going to happen sometime in the future – perhaps soon. But God will set a time limit on this futile endeavor of man to defy God (Psalm 2). He won’t let it go on for more than seven years (Daniel 9:27). Otherwise man would destroy all life from the face of the earth (Matthew 24:22). Should true Christians be aiding and abetting the devil, demons, the Antichrist, and false teachers in their attempt to bring this about? Of course not (Romans 3:8; See 2 Chronicles 19:2; Revelation 18:4)? And yet, it seems like many are doing just this.

Fatherhood / Brotherhood of Man. While it is true that all human beings are descendants of Adam and Eve and are interrelated by blood (Acts 17:26; Romans 5:12), it is not correct to say that we all have the same spiritual, heavenly Father and that we’re all children of God. Jesus made it quite clear that some of the religious Jews of His day were actually children of the devil (John 8:44; See Ephesians 2:2; 1 John 3:10). Before anyone can become a spiritual child of God, he/she must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ alone, who died for our sins…and rose again bodily on the third day (Acts 16:31; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4). We aren’t saved by our good works lest any of us should boast (Ephesians 2:8, 9). Have you placed your faith in Christ yet? If not, why not now?

Borders / Languages / Nations. God is the one who changed the languages and scattered the rebels at the Tower of Babel to the corners of the earth (Genesis 11:8). He is the one who decides the boundaries of nations and who will live where and for how long (Acts 17:26). He often uses wicked nations to punish other wicked nations. Examples: God sent the wicked Babylonians to enslave the rebellious Jews for 70 years for worshiping idols and violating the sabbatical year (Daniel 1:1, 2; Jeremiah 36:21; See Deuteronomy 28:15 ff)). Then God used the Medo-Persians to defeat the Babylonians. They were defeated by the Greeks who were defeated by the Romans. The final kingdom will be ruled by the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ during the millennium (See Daniel 2:36-45; Revelation 20:1-6). False teachers often allegorize the Bible and especially Bible prophecy and change the intended meaning of the Scriptures.

The Least Of These. In what is referred to as “The Olivet Discourse,” Jesus told His disciples what would happen in the future on judgment day to those who did or didn’t feed the hungry, give a drink to the thirsty, take the stranger in, and clothe the naked (Matthew 25:31-46). He said, “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did to it to one of the least of My brethren, you did it to Me’” (Matthew 25:40). “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom of prepared for you from the foundation of the world” (Matthew 25:34). Those who didn’t do these things will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life (Matthew 25:45, 46). Both groups were displaying their faith or lack of it by their works (See Ephesians 2:8-10; James 2:18-20).

My Brethren. Since not all mankind can be referred to in the spiritual sense as “My [Christ’s] brethren,” to whom does this refer? By looking at the context, we believe that it must refer to the 144,000 Jewish evangelists who will be taking the Gospel of the Kingdom to the whole world during the last half of the seven years of the Tribulation (Revelation 7:4-8). When a person, without the “mark of the beast” on him (Revelation 13:16-18), hears the message concerning the returning, promised Messiah and believes on Him, this person will be willing to share what little he has to help these witnesses continue to spread this Gospel until Christ returns at His second coming (Matthew 24:14, 29-31; Revelation 19:11 ff).

Social Gospel. In what is called “The Great Commission” Jesus said, “Make disciples [true believers] of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28:19, 20; See John 13:34, 35). The“Social Gospel” says, Go ye into all the world and feed the hungry, clothe the naked, build homes for the poor and care for the sick, become politically and socially active in order to eliminate the great social problems of our day and in order to impose Biblical standards upon society, or to change the world for Christ. [2]

Red Letter Christians. [3] These false teachers believe that the words of Jesus (found in the Sermon on the Mount – Matthew 5-7) are of greater value than the rest of the Scriptures (See 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16, 17). They seek to redefine moral values according to their interpretation of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount and other “red letter” passages. [2] They fail to realize that because of the Jews’ rejection of Him as their Messiah (John 1:11, 12; Luke 23:21; Matthew 27:21), Jesus postponed the setting up of His literal kingdom on/over earth (Isaiah 2:4; 9:6, 7; 11:1 ff; Daniel 2:44, 45; Jeremiah 30:7). He temporarily changed the focus of His direction away from His being the promised Messiah to His becoming the Savior of the whole world (Matthew 16:20; 23:37-39; 1 John 2:2; 4:10; Romans 11:25).

Doing Good Works. We are saved by God’s grace (unmerited favor) through faith in the Christ of the Scriptures who died for our sins…and rose again bodily. Our salvation is not based on our good works lest anyone should boast (Ephesians 2:8, 9; See Isaiah 64:6). But once we have been saved, there are good works that God wants us to do (Ephesians 2:10; 1 Peter 4:10). The Apostle Paul wrote, “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith” (Galatians 6:10). We can/should demonstrate our faith before other people by our good works. “But someone will say, ‘You show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works’” (James 2:18). For other people to be convinced that our faith in Christ is real, they need to see our good works, especially as we love fellow Christians (John 13:34, 35).

The Scriptures. “All Scripture is [God breathed], and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16, 17). It tells us what is right (doctrine), what is not right (reproof), how to get right (correction), and how to stay right (instruction in righteousness). -Adapted from Dr. M. Kober. Within the pages of the Scriptures we have everything we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). We don’t need the secular, humanistic philosophies of men that contradict God’s Word (Colossians 2:8; See James 3:13-18).

Questions. Have you been “born again from above” by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior (John 3:3 ff)? Do you have assurance of your salvation (Romans 8:16; 1 John 5:13)? Are you “rightly dividing the Word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15)? Are you living in the light of Christ’s any moment return (2 Timothy 4:8; John 14:1-3)? Have you been twisting the Scriptures or have you been misled by a false teacher who is doing this? If so, stop! God means what He says, and says what He means. Let’s adjust our thinking to His thinking and our ways to His ways (Isaiah 5:8, 9).
